- Discover strategies to amplify impact as a DEI practitioner.

2) Inclusive Leadership, Conflict Management, and Communication
- Self-assess inclusive leadership skills.
- Understand conflict management styles and handling resistance.
- Identify communication profiles and adapt styles based on audience and goals.

3) Creating and Facilitating Meaningful Learning Experiences
- Foster psychological and learner safety.
- Embrace resistance as a learning opportunity.
- Design effective learning experiences using behavioral science.
- Share best practices for impactful facilitation.

4) Organizational Factors for Sustainable DEI
- Assess organization's DEI maturity level.

- Budget: €1500 excl. VAT per participant.
