  • Anyone passionate about inclusion and eager to contribute actively to building an inclusive culture.
  • Professionals in formal or informal DEI roles (e.g., DEI managers, leads, ambassadors, ERG members).

  • Intake Conversation: Tailored for each participant to understand personal objectives and challenges.
  • 4 Training Modules: Comprising a blend of in-person and online sessions.

Module Breakdown:

1) Increasing Your Personal Impact as a DEI Facilitator

  • Define personal objectives and challenges in your role.
  • Connect with personal values and experiences of inclusion/exclusion.
  • Explore how identity elements influence DEI work (asset, pitfall, blind spot).
  • Understand personal biases and their implications.
  • Discover strategies to amplify impact as a DEI practitioner.

2) Inclusive Leadership, Conflict Management, and Communication

  • Self-assess inclusive leadership skills.
  • Understand conflict management styles and handling resistance.
  • Identify communication profiles and adapt styles based on audience and goals.
  • Timeline: December 2024

3) Creating and Facilitating Meaningful Learning Experiences

  • Foster psychological and learner safety.
  • Embrace resistance as a learning opportunity.
  • Design effective learning experiences using behavioral science.
  • Share best practices for impactful facilitation.
  • Timeline: January 2025

4) Organizational Factors for Sustainable DEI

  • Assess organization's DEI maturity level.
  • Engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Embed sustainability into DEI actions.
  • Integrate DEI efforts with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Timeline: February 2025

Additional Details:

  • Budget: €1500 excl. VAT per participant.
  • Timing: 4 sessions, starting in November 2024 and concluding in February 2025.
  • Group Size: Limited to 8-12 participants to ensure personalized coaching and interaction.
