Confirmation Bias
The tendency to process information by looking for information that is consistent with one's existing beliefs.

Ethnicity Bias
Demonstrating a preference for or against people sharing a common racial, national, religious, linguistic, or cultural heritage.

The tendency to connect with others who share similar interests, experiences, and backgrounds to ones' self.

Who is it for?The Hack Your Bias® eLearning program is available and valuable to everyone motivated to reduce the impact of biases in the workplace and our daily lives. The content is relevant for all people managers.

What will I learn?Our eLearning will help you: Understand how bias works Recognize important unconscious biases in the workplace Practice how to hack these biases Get inspired to take action Feel more confident to address and challenge bias, microaggressions, prejudice and stereotypes

What is the workload like?Every module takes on average 30 – 60 minutes. You are in charge of your learning pace. The program offers the possibility to deepen your knowledge and understanding with additional reading materials and videos. You decide if you want to deep dive into every item, or if you want to browse and return at a later moment for more. Your learning progress is stored, so don’t worry about coming back to the program after some time.

Do I get a certificate?Yes, of course. We think it’s important you are rewarded for your work. Upon completion of each module in the Hack Your Bias® eLearning program and passing the test with min. 80%, you will receive a certificate.

How do I get access & for how long?Immediately after purchasing your Hack Your Bias® eLearning program, you will receive an e-mail with your personalized link to the learning platform and your learner’s dashboard on Easygenerator. Your program is ready for you to start hacking biases immediately, on all your devices. Your access to the program is valid for 1 year.
